There is lots of Mexican food in Denver, for as long as I can remember. Hopefully some day we will make it to Mexico as well!

I love the mussels too. And a cheaper option than some seafoods.

Seafood is my absolute favorite, go to food. With all those recipes to choose from, not sure where to start! Thanks. I’ll probably start with the scallops…

We do enjoy adding the culture piece to our recipes and history where it fits in. Going to markets to buy local ingredients is a great way to discover culture.

  5. What a great round up of so many amazing ways to enjoy fish and seafood! I’d love a tasting menu of all of these dishes. That would save me from having to pick which one to try first.

Yes in a perfect world you are spot on there. Maybe one of the reasons tapas are becoming so popular around the world?
