Easy, Creamy Rustic Style Mashed Potatoes
Creamy, rustic style mashed potatoes made with lots of butter and milk are everybody’s favorite.

  1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Diagonally slice the green onions.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Place potatoes in the boiling water. Allow to cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the potatoes and then place them back into the pot. Use a potato masher to soften the potatoes. Add the butter and milk to taste. Continue to mash until smooth. Taste for seasoning. Top with the sliced, green onions and serve immediately.
